To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download 9 years and going strong I was surfing the net this evening when I stumbled on this website. My name is Michelle Osoris and I was diagnosed with stage III HD when I was only 20 years old back in August 1998. Growing up I was always a healthy child. But while I was away at college I began to see a bulge on my neck. I was scheduled for an x-ray and after my results I was scheduled to have the swollen Lymphnode removed. My doctor called me at 9:00 at night to tell me the news. She set me up with a wonderful oncologist He told me I had swollen nodes in my neck, chest, and under my arm. I also had an enlarged spleen. I had a port-o-cath put in my chest and received six months of chemo no radiation. I have had more CT scans than I can count. I am now living a very healthy life with a husband and three beautiful girls. I see my oncologist on a regular basis. I want to tell anyone going thru cancer to always keep your chin up and never stop fighting. I will never forget the support I received from my family and friends. To all of you my prayers are with you and your families. Comments
